The Wim Hof Method was created by Dutch adventurer, world record holder, and world peace seeker Wim Hof. His method was derived from what Wim terms “hard nature” as he has trained his mind, body and spirit in natural environments, particularly under conditions of extreme cold for long periods of time earning him international fame under the appropriately given nickname “The Iceman”. The Wim Hof Method is characterized by 1. Its simplicity and 2. Its effectiveness. To remove speculation, the effects and scalable applicability of this method have been and are currently being investigated by various renowned scientific institutes all over the world. These pending results could change how modern medicine is applied and disease is prevented, giving us as humans more control over our happiness, health and strength.

The Wim Hof Method is a combination of pillars:
