Participants of the workshops will walk away with a clear understanding of how to practice the method properly and safely and how it can be used to develop greater control over general health/well-being. I will also help participants understand how best to incorporate the WHM into their current routines/lifestyle and how to use the method to help reach your goals.

IMPORTANT: Other than the time frames listed for WHM Workshops at the location all other services will be by appointment only. Please register for events prior to the scheduled start time to avoid overbooking.Contact me directly for questions or concerns.
